Ti Kouka and Fale Cottages

Punga Cottage (ADULTS ONLY - 2 night minimum stay)

Bookings must be confirmed with credit card details (Visa and Mastercard accepted). For December, January and Statutory Holiday bookings, and September/October 2011, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's accommodation will be charged at time of reservation. A minimum booking of 3 consecutive nights is required for bookings between 25th December and 7th January each year. A minimum of 3 consecutive nights is required for the Easter Holiday Weekend. All other holiday weekends require a 2 night minimum.

For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice a charge equal to one night's accommodation will be charged.

All current terms and conditions are applicable on this website and on those websites that have my official sanction.
