Ti Kouka and Fale Cottages

Punga Cottage (ADULTS ONLY - 2 night minimum stay)

Bookings must be confirmed with credit card details (Visa and Mastercard accepted). For December and January bookings, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's accommodation will be charged at time of reservation. A minimum booking of 3 consecutive nights is required for bookings between 25th December and 7th January each year. A minimum of 3 consecutive nights is required for the Easter Holiday Weekend. All other holiday weekends require a 2 night minimum.

A Cancellation Charge equal to one night's accommodation will apply December and January, and all Statutory Holiday Weekends for bookings cancelled within 2 days of expected arrival.

All current terms and conditions are applicable on this website and on those websites that have my official sanction.
